Wedding papers
To go for the DCF procedure you have to be married . On the US Embassy website is stated that both persons must be citizen of The Netherlands. Information from the Embassy learned this rule is not followed so only one is required to reside in the Netherlands. Because Klaas was staying in September in the USA we decided to ask for the first package of papers the week Klaas returned to the Netherlands.
And then you need papers to have a marriage license.....
What you need to bring from the USA;
